General
By accessing the website www.lumpstudio.com hereafter (the “Site”) and/or placing an order. You agree to approve that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set forth in this document hereafter (the "Terms"). Throughout the site, the terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lump Studio.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions as needed, without informing you in advance. The version of the terms and conditions that apply to your order is the version available on the website at the time you place your order.
Disclaimer
All items are one of a kind and unique. Made from antique and vintage textiles. Due to the long life of the material it may have imperfections as stains, tears and discoloration
Prices
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for buying our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), the prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout.
Please note that customers outside the EU, including Norway, may have difficulties regarding the laws on import duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are charged once the order reaches the country of delivery. It is important to know, that these charges are the costumer's responsibility and that Lump Studio has no control over the charges the costumer might face after checkout at www.lumpstudio.com

Delivery policy
Our ambition is to process all orders within 1-3 days of receiving your order provided that we receive due payment. Sometime the delivery may take longer due to regular customs. Before placing your order, you will be informed of the delivery details and fees, and after approving your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The delivery is free in Sweden. For orders outside of Sweden we charge a standard delivery fee of 15 euros.
If for any reason we are unable to ship your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the amount in question using the same payment method that you used when you placed your order, to the extent possible.
Return policy
If you have received the correct order and in some way are unsatisfied with the item. We are happy to help you. For any undamaged and unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
We cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. If the item has been handled more than is deemed necessary, Lump Studio earns the right to decline the request, and the item will be sent back to you.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping of the item back to us.
Financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us.
Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
Colors
We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on the homepage in detail reflect the clothes’ colors in reality. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.
Shipping
All items are shipped through Postnord traceable priority mail. International orders are also shipped with Postnord traceable tracking number. We are not responsible for items being lost in shipment, nor when items are delivered via tracking but item is not found by recipient. Once the item has left our facility, it is in the hands of Postnord and all following action will need to be taken with local post facilities.
Non-collected items
If a delivered package is not collected due to incorrect address/unclaimed/etc we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.

Governing law
