Our ambition is to process all orders within 1-3 days of receiving your order provided that we receive due payment. Sometime the delivery may take longer due to regular customs. Before placing your order, you will be informed of the delivery details and fees, and after approving your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The delivery is free in Sweden. For orders outside of Sweden we charge a standard delivery fee of 15 euros. 

If for any reason we are unable to ship your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the amount in question using the same payment method that you used when you placed your order, to the extent possible. 

If you have received the correct order and in some way are unsatisfied with the item. We are happy to help you. For any undamaged and unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment me
